This morning I drove over to the club for a swim since we're probably going to be partaking in July 4th festivities for most of the rest of the day. I did 450m without stopped which was pretty good. It was a combination of crawl, sidestroke, and backstroke. At this point I'm hoping the adrenaline from race day will carry me through the actual swim. Still nervous.
