Training Day 89/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

Another light one today. I didn't sleep well or something last night so was very tired all day. Plus, I forgot both a lunch and my wallet at home today so all I had to eat during the day was some mixed nuts. After dinner I took Boudreaux on a walk around our big loop. And now I hope I get an excellent night's sleep.
