Training Day 88/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

Today was a long and fun day, but no official training. I joined some family at Como Zoo for my niece's birthday and we all walked around for a couple of hours looking at all of the animals which was really fun. Then tonight we went an walked a comedic performance of the entire works of Shakespeare in a park in Eagan which was very entertaining. We did have a nice short hike through the woods to get to the stage.

So I did a lot more walking today than on a typical day, and it made me tired. But this will go down as a day off.
