Training Day 29/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.


Tonight was a simple push-up and squat night. I did 27 of the former and 45 of the latter.

Training Tally
Walk: 17.05 miles / 2.23 per session (8)
Push-ups: 470 / 24.73 per session (19)
Squats: 560  / 32.94 per session (17)
Pull-ups 1.5 / 1.5 per session (1)
