Training Day 46/100


Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

Today was a travel and extended family day. I am sore from playing in the pool with all of the kids for a while but I didn't "work out." So I am counting this as a rest day.

Swim: 2 sessions / ~45 minutes
Push-ups: 661 / 25.42 per session (25)
Squats: 805  / 35 per session (23)
