Training Day 35/100 (missed)

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

Dang. My second missed blog post. Yesterday I decided to take a day of rest. Plus it was pouring rain all evening. I even got to bed a little early which its part of the reason I forgot to post.
