Oof. Yesterday I did a run with a little bit of walking. Today I meant to do the same thing, or at least half and half. But it ended up being a walk with a tiny bit of running. My legs were sore, so I wasn't going to go quite as far as yesterday (I did the 1.61 mile Big Loop with Boudreaux). But when I started jogging my knees really hurt. Tomorrow will not be a running day.
