Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.
After work I headed to the club and got in the pool for the first time in quite a while. I'm going to need to buy a new swim suit as I've lost weight since I bought one. It was a little baggy. I was in the pool for about 25 minutes. I didn't count laps and I certainly didn't swim for 25 minutes straight. But it was a start. Now I just have to keep at it.
