Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.
I was exhausted all day and it was another mostly blah day outside. So I only got a little indoor exercise in: 20 push-ups and 30 squats. Man, this last weekend was like negative working out. I feel worse off than if I had done nothing. I did not make the best choices while eating, though there was not much to choose from.
