Training Day 37/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

It was actually pretty nice out this evening and I should have taken advantage to go on a walk or something but I did not. Instead I relaxed with Allison and Boudreaux out on the deck. Later in the evening I did 25 push-ups and 40 squats.
