Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.
Finally...a day where I actually did something. After running a couple errands with Allison I took Boudreaux on a run. I ran 2.29 miles at 11:44/mile followed by a 1/2 mile cool down walk. It felt pretty good and I'm still feeling alright. Hopefully I won't be feeling any adverse affects tomorrow.
