Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.
I'm not feeling too bad today, though my knees are a little sore. So I didn't even do any squats, especially considering we're going camping tomorrow. But I did do 30 push-ups. I'm looking forward to some hiking tomorrow. But posting will have to wait until Sunday.
