I did another brick today and it was close to the triathlon distances. This morning I had a nice 13 mile ride on the bike before heading out on a 2.7 mile run. The end of the bike ride was mostly uphill and into the wind so it was quite a workout at the end. And I did the run at a pretty slow pace. But all-in-all I felt really good about the whole thing. And while my legs are definitely tired tonight I am feeling better than I might have expected. Tomorrow I really need to get in the pool. Hopefully I'll make it happen.
