Mini-triathlon!
I got up this morning meaning to do another brick, except do cycling and swimming this time. Allison was going to take Boudreaux on a walk. So I got out the door and cycled 3 miles to the club. Then I swam either 250m or 300m (it is so difficult for me to keep track of laps while swimming!). After I was done I hopped back on my bike and rode 3 miles back home. I was feeling pretty good about what I had done.
Then I found out that Allison hadn't taken Boudreaux on his walk yet and "asked" if I wanted to go along, so I did. It wasn't running, but I did 1.72 miles of walking after swimming and biking. Sounds like a triathlon to me!
