Today was not quite as good as yesterday. I wasted another beautiful morning by sleeping in instead of getting up early with my dog. Then tonight we had a couple of parties including a birthday party where I partook in cake and ice cream.
So I just got in a little body weight exercise before bed. I could only get 1 pull-up completed. I am hoping that this means that my pecs and shoulders are in the process of stitching themselves back together even stronger than before. Then I did 25 push-ups and 35 squats.
