You know what's crazy? I'm doing a triathlon in 20 days.
Today was a pretty good day of training. I rode 3 miles to the gym, swam 300m, rode 3 miles back home, and then tonight after a nice afternoon I ran 2.75 miles with Boudreaux. Not bad, huh?
