Training Day 78/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

I went on a nice run in the upper 80s heat tonight. Boudreaux was wiped out when we got back. I clocked 2.18 miles. I've been running pretty slowly but I consciously picked up the pace at the end of the run tonight. I'll have to see if I can keep that up.
