Training Day 85/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

Not bad all-in-all. I went to the club this evening for a swim. I did 500m which is the most I've done so far. It still isn't without little breaks every 50m and it certainly isn't with a crowd of people in open water, but it felt better that any other swimming session so far. Then before heading to bed I got in 3 pull-ups. I couldn't quite get to 4 after swimming.
