Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.
I'm glad I got the lawn mowed last night when I did. Because it started sprinkling right after I got done and then poured all night and most of today. One brief window when it wasn't raining was at about 5:45am, which is when I got up to take Boudreaux on a 1.8 mile walk this morning! I'm quite proud of myself
After work Allison and I stopped into Marshall's to look at a couple things and what should catch my eye? Something I've been thinking about for a while was on the clearance shelf: a doorway pull-up bar. So I picked that up and tried it out tonight. I still can't do very many pull-ups, 2 was all I could get to in one go tonight. But hopefully that will get better if I can do them more often. After that I did 25 push-ups and 30 squats.
