Training Day 86/100

Wondering what this post is about? I'm planning on doing a triathlon.

It was a lighter day today, which seems to be typical for a Friday as we had plans with friends this evening. I got up early and took Boudreaux on a 1.61 mile walk around our big loop. Then tonight I did 3 pull-ups and 40 squats.
